All prices are per room / apartment per night, 2 persons per room. Self catering.

Please confirm your reservation with your signature on the credit card slip / confirmation of reservation
which will be sent to you separately.
We accept credit card payments.

Credit card payments are subject to a 4.75% fee.

We do not take liability for the special services that are offered by us.

We will refund EURO 10 per night if guests are absent for more than 2 nights.
This is valid starting from the 2nd night.

Accommodation for third persons (child / baby) on request.

All suites / apartments / rooms are non-smoking rooms.

An outside smoking zone is available.

Parents are held liable fort he safety of their children. Children at the age of 12 years or older are welcome.

The swimming pool is private public area.

No animals permitted.

Secure parking.

We recommend a booking of minimum contiguous 7 days.

Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

Less than 21 days prior to the booking date – 100% of the total booking fee.

45 – 22 days prior to the booking date – 75% of the total booking fee.

More than 45 days prior to the booking date – 45% of the total booking fee.

Please ask your credit card provider / insurance company / bank about travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of bookings made between 01.12. and 20.01. are subject to 100% accommodation payable.

Checkin 13.00h, Checkout 10.00h.
